Monaco Week in China
Chinese yacht companies have a growing presence at Monaco Yacht Show, and this will increase in the future.

For the last few years, Monaco Yacht Show has participated in press and promotional events as part of Monaco Week in China, in collaboration with the Monegasque Embassy in China and the show’s Asian media partner, Blu Inc Media Ltd. The objective of these events is to promote Monaco as a destination and to intensify the economic and cultural links between the People’s Republic of China and the Principality.
Monaco Week is hosted in Chengdu, the economic and financial capital of Sichuan in western China with 20,000 high net worth individuals in its population.
Monaco Week involves two phases, firstly in China and then in Monaco, where a delegation of Chinese VIPs are welcomed to the Show in September.
Sadly, the 2017 Monaco Week event in Chengdu was cancelled, however high hopes are held that this prestigious partnership will reinstate in the future.

With the development of the yachting sector in China, the Principality wishes to offer its expertise and to establish in this way increasingly close economic relations. It is a chance to invite to Monaco Chinese investors interested in the yachting industry and to make them discover the diversity of investments and opportunities proposed by the Principality.
Hantang Culture became an official media partner of the Monaco Yacht Show in 2016 and during the show they welcomed guests at a press event and cocktail party on Thursday 29th September at Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel and Resort to celebrate the 10th anniversary of its series ‘A World of Excellence’ in Monaco.
